  • Product Representation: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our jewelry as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the actual color of the product.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Order Acceptance & Refusal

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
  • In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
  • We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

4. Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at Glimsha.pk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payments

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), customers are required to pay the full amount to the courier agent before opening the parcel (unless “Open Parcel” service is specifically mentioned).
  • Refusal to accept a COD order without a valid reason may result in the customer being blacklisted from future purchases at Glimsha.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and digital downloads, is the property of Glimsha and protected by Pakistani and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or sell any portion of our website without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Glimsha shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Glimsha has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Third-Party Links

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties (e.g., payment gateways like 2Checkout, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa). We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party materials.

9. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:
