Glimsha – Exchange Policy

At Glimsha, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, our exchange process is designed to be as smooth as possible.

1. Exchange Period

You have 3 to 5 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. After this period, we will not be able to process any exchange requests.

2. Valid Reasons for Exchange

We accept exchange requests under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • The product is different from what you ordered (wrong size, color, or design).
  • You have a change of mind (subject to shipping fees and product condition).

3. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for an exchange, please ensure:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The Glimsha original packaging, tags, and invoice are included.
  • Hygiene Exception: For health and safety reasons, earrings, nose pins, and septum rings cannot be exchanged unless they were received damaged.

4. The “Unboxing Video” Requirement

To protect both the customer and the brand, we strictly require an Unboxing Video.

  • Please film a video while opening your parcel for the first time.
  • The video must clearly show the shipping label and the condition of the jewelry inside.
  • Note: Without a clear unboxing video, claims for “missing items” or “physical damage during transit” may be rejected.

5. Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Send us a message on WhatsApp (+92-XXXXXXXXX) or email us at support@glimsha.pk with your Order ID and the reason for exchange.
  2. Quality Check: Once we receive your request, our team will review the provided photos/videos.
  3. Return Shipping: * If the mistake is ours (Wrong/Damaged item), Glimsha will bear the shipping cost.
    • If the exchange is due to a “Change of Mind,” the customer is responsible for sending the item back to our warehouse and paying the redelivery charges.

6. Important Notes

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a Flash Sale or from the “Clearance” section are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
  • Customized Jewelry: Any jewelry customized with names or specific initials is non-exchangeable.
  • Difference in Price: If the new item selected is more expensive, the difference must be paid via Bank Transfer or COD. If it is cheaper, the balance will be issued as Store Credit.
