At Glimsha, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality jewelry that meets your expectations. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Exchange & Return Period
Customers can request an exchange or return within 3 to 5 days of receiving their order. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be entertained.
2. Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that:
- The product is in its original condition, unworn, and undamaged.
- All original packaging, tags, and invoices are intact.
- Hygiene Protocol: Due to health and hygiene standards, earrings and nose pins cannot be exchanged or returned unless they are received in a damaged condition.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Please contact us via WhatsApp (+92-XXXXXXXXX) or Email within 24 hours of delivery.
- Mandatory Requirement: We strongly recommend filming a short Unboxing Video while opening your parcel. Claims for physical damage will only be processed if supported by a clear unboxing video.
4. Refund Policy
Following the standard operating procedures of top Pakistani jewelry brands:
- We do not offer direct Cash Refunds for “change of mind” or personal preference.
- In case of a valid return (where an exchange is not possible), we will issue Store Credit in the form of a digital voucher. This voucher can be used for any future purchase on Glimsha.pk.
- Cash refunds are only applicable if an online prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch or if the item is out of stock.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Customized Jewelry: Personalized name necklaces or bespoke designs.
- Sale Items: Any products purchased during a Flash Sale or from the Clearance section.
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage.
6. Shipping & Handling Charges
- If the exchange is due to a mistake by Glimsha (wrong or damaged item), we will cover all shipping costs.
- If the customer wishes to exchange an item for personal reasons (e.g., size preference or change of mind), the customer is responsible for the two-way shipping costs (return and redelivery).
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order has been handed over to the courier partner, it can no longer be cancelled.
